Cookie bar filled with Kinder Bueno, Kinder Mini Chocolate Bars and Kinder Hippos

Kinder Slab


  • 300g Plain flour
  • 1tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 2tsp Cornflour
  • 170g Butter
  • 215g Soft light brown Sugar
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 2 large Egg, beaten
  • 2tsp Vanilla extract
  • 150g Callebaut milk chocolate
  • 7 Kinder MIni Choc, chopped
  • Kinder bueno
  • Kinder Happy Hippo


  1. Melt butter and set aside to cool
  2. Mix dry ingredients, flour, bicarbonate of soda and cornflour
  3. When butter has cooled, beat in sugar
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mix, just add one egg at a time
  5. Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate
  6. Bake at 170 degrees, 20-25 minutes, until pale golden brown
  7. Leave on trays for 2 minutes before moving to a cooling rack
  8. Add Kinder Happy Hippo on top to decorate
  9. Store in airtight tins (or, even better, eat immediately)
